Woman making heart symbol with snowy handsAs you may know, my mother passed away earlier this year, and it’s been a real challenge for me to get into the holiday spirit. It’s possible I’ve even been a bit of a scrooge.

Now, I’ve tried to be gentle with myself, because losing a loved one is hard, and struggling during the holidays is completely normal.
