In other words, something has caused you to act in a certain way in order to get a particular benefit. This is the structure you want to tap into when you want to intentionally create a new habit.
The action step is what we typically associate with the habit. It’s drinking coffee, checking text messages, or brushing your teeth. But when people intentionally trying to create a habit, they get this step all wrong. In this video, discover the 3 parts of a successful action step.
