I had the pleasure of interviewing Kirsten McCay-Smith. Even though I've known Kirsten for 10 years, I discovered a lot about her when I reached out to interview her. I've always known her as a healthy and athletic person, but I learned that she has run 62 marathons in 31 states (going for all 50) and completed 12 Ironman triathlons including the World Championships in Kona, Hawaii.
