Creating the Journaling Habit

March 23, 2017 By Sharon

If you harbor a secret desire to journal or if you are already an avid journaler, you’ll enjoy my chat with Monica Miller. She helps coaches and speakers articulate their message into convertible and profitable content. Monica helps them step up into their authentic authority, strategize their message, and increase their income all from the powerful use of book writing and content creation. And of course she helps people write their book. She has a webinar happening soon, and it’s how to write your book in 90 days. Check out that webinar here: http://subscribepage.com/TheWritersRoadmap

Journaling is an on again off again habit for me, and it was a great pleasure for me to delve into the benefits of journaling. I am recommitted to journaling consistently. During our conversation we talked about our own journaling experiences, how to create the journaling habit, and I reveal the question that helped me write my own book. Because the truth is that I never thought I’d write a book. Until this question got stuck in my head.

The 3 books we mention in this chat are You are a Badass by Jen Sincero, Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert, and The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod.

Enjoy!
